The beer scene has seriously been swirling out of control for years now on hazy after hazy. It sort of becomes this confusing pursuit as a brewer where you want to be known as the best lager brewer but have customers love your hazy IPA. This is inspired by creating modern pillowy balanced flavors of Vermont. We combined Eukanot, Azacca301, Simcoe301 & Strata It’s got a lovely saturated peach and white grape hop profile with a softness to match. ABV 7.0%
