Description: This beer style is steeped in history but not massively produced in the states. With a personal background in Czech beer styles and regularity of having a traditional lager yeast for our easy drinking American Lager and Czech Pilsner. Figured lets nerd out on this darker lager option. Hopped with just Saaz hops, we sprinkled them throughout an extra long boil. The translation Polotmavý means half-dark within Czech beer styles.
