Description: This newest batch is brewed with Pacific Northwest grown Skagit Valley Francin Barley – a malt that has been bred to be a local substitute of Czech Pilsen malt. It was then hopped with authentic German grown Saaz, which was dosed-in throughout the brewday. We also believe in dry hopping all of the beers in our Self Care line, and this release isn’t any different. The hop character should be exciting in this style, and balance nicely with the bready body. It was then lagered to maturity before packaging. This release is a continuation of bringing some of Brewer Aaron’s favorite beer styles into the Non-Alcoholic market for you. We hope you enjoy it!
