If you have chosen Store Pickup, your order will be ready for pickup utilizing Three Magnets Brewing's Contactless Blue Curb Pickup on the next available pickup window. Pickup windows are Monday through Friday from 2pm to 8pm, at 600 Frankilin St SE, STE 105. To request an alternative pickup window, please email us and we will be happy to work with you! Please have your confirmation email ready in case there is any confusion! If your order was placed after noon, it will be available for pickup on the next available pickup day (i.e. if you ordered after noon on Monday, your order will be ready for pickup during Tuesday's pickup window, if you ordered after noon on Friday, your order will be ready for pickup during Monday's pickup window, etc). Please pull into the Three Magnets parking lot and pull up to the blue curb. Call the number on the signs (360.972.2481) and let us know you are here for your Porch Drops pickup, and what name is on the order, and we will bring it out to you! Please have your confirmation email accessible in case there is any confusion with your order, and please be ready to show us your photo ID through your vehicle window. 


If you have chosen the local delivery option, your order will be delivered cold in our refrigerated van on our next delivery window! Delivery windows are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm to 6pm, excluding major holidays. If your order is received after noon on a delivery day, it will be delivered on the FOLLOWING delivery window. Per Washinton State liquor laws, please ensure that somebody over the age of 21 is available to show photo ID. If nobody is available to show ID, then your order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.


If you have chosen the shipping option, we will send you your tracking number when it has been sent. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding mail holidays, and will be picked up by our carrier the day following your order date. For example, Monday orders will be shipped Tuesday, and Friday orders would be shipped Monday. Thursday orders will be shipped Friday ONLY if your area offers Saturday Delivery. If not, then your order will be shipped on the following Monday to ensure your beer is not kept for extended periods in a hot warehouse.

Most Washington State deliveries will take one day transit time. Per Washington State liquor laws, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU TRACK YOUR PACKAGE, AND ENSURE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 21 IS AVAILABLE TO SHOW PHOTO ID. The carrier will make three consecutive attempts to delivery your package, on three consecutive days. Please coordinate with the carrier if you are unable to be present. If nobody over the age of 21 is available to sign for the beer, and it needs to be sent back to Porch Drops, then it is very expensive for us! Your order will be refunded, MINUS a 25% restocking fee, the full price of shipping, and any additional shipping fees required to send the product back to Porch Drops. These items will then need to be sold discounted as seconds (though honestly, we'll probably just drink them).


To ensure you can be available for 21+ signature for home for delivery, you can edit your delivery options. These opsionts include a) choosing to Deliver to Another Address, b) Reschedule Delivery for a different day, or c) have your package held at UPS for Will Call.

Returns are not permitted. If you beleive you have received a flawed beer, please contact us and we will make things right. We will ask for details so that we can improve our customer experience! If you have received a damaged package, please take a photo of the package BEFORE, during and after opening, so that we have visual proof for UPS, and we will send replacements for the damaged product.
