This duck quacks like a duck (pilsner), but has one trick up its sleeve. The hops (Perle & Loral) and yeast (Voss) pairing create a stunning floral showcase of what German pilsners should taste like. The finish is not biting, like it can often feel with lager yeasts' sulfur notes accentuating bitterness. It may have been an experimental batch but this little duck fits right in. 5.2% ABV
