This Rauchbier was brewed in partnership with an Olympia resident that has a lineage from Bamberg Germany. Brewed with authentic Bamberg barley and Alder Smoked barley from Mainstem Malt. The bread body and rich color of the beer are a good match for the smoked finish. 5.4% ABV
